* EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer)
Synthetic rubber roofing is by far the most aesthetically pleasing, long-lasting and efficient flat roofing material, suitable for everything from covering the garage to a commercial warehouse. It is glued to the decking, its elasticity allowing it to cover the roof structure seamlessly.
* GRP (Glass Reinforced Polyester) Roofing
Also known as fibreglass roofing – also stands the test of time and is extremely durable, withstanding extremes in temperature and anything the elements can throw at it. It is applied in the form of a liquid resin onto a roof deck base made of 18mm OSB Board, then topped with fibreglass matting for reinforcement. Once cured the resin/matting layer can be finished with a coloured UV resistant topcoat.
